This dog training book by Daniel Stevens is an eBook that focuses on dog obedience training and solving dog’s behavior problems. Price at $37, this book aim to show you step-by-step guide for everything you need to know and do to be successful with your dog.

It didn’t take me long to finish reading “SitStayFetch”. In fact only 3 days, because this book is relatively small on quantity with only 176 pages. Nevertheless, you should never associated quality with quantity, especially so for this book! I mean, “What’s the use of a 500 pages book if 450 pages are pure garbage?!?!”

Though “SitStayFetch” is 176 pages long, it is certainly BIG on quality. Every page is well written with no hypes at all. Only everything you need to know about dogs, no “IFs” no “BUTs”. Overall, Daniel’s writing style is short, precise, to the point and best of all, fun and easy to understand!

In “SitStayFetch”, I found the most value in the fact that Daniel provides very clear-cut, step-by-step instructions with lots and lots of photographs in the obedience training segment. Every command you need to know (“come”, “ok”, “sit”, “stay”, “drop”, “seek” & etc) is cover in details and aided with photos. It is so easy, I promise even your 9 years-young son has no problem understanding.

Covering dog obedience problems in details, there are many case studies of dog problems that a typical dog owner face - Aggression, Biting & nipping, Chewing, Digging, Barking, Fighting, Off the leash and etc. These case studies not only tell you why and how your dog develop these problems but also provided many useful solutions and method to help solve them once and for all.

Daniel is another person who really over-delivered in the bonuses department. Among 5 of his offered bonuses, I personally see fantastic value in both “Dog Grooming Made Easy” & “Eleven Secrets to Becoming the Alpha Dog”.

In “Dog Grooming Made Easy”, you’ll learn how to handle and prepare your dog for grooming session, how to bathe, clip his nails, clean his face, eyes and etc…. In short, with the aid of this book, grooming your dog is never easier.

In “Eleven Secrets to Becoming the Alpha Dog”, you’ll learn techniques to get your dog see you as his alpha leader naturally. – The complete guide to getting the respect you need.

For my frank opinion, this already excellent book can still be improved further. If possible, Daniel should explain in more details on why his training methods work. It’ll certainly make dog training more fun, meaningful and educating.

If you’re one of those who enjoy reading more than learning and doing, you should buy a novel instead of “SitStayFetch”. This book is more suitable for learners who are concern about the end results – Successful Obedience Training. No other end result is acceptable! This book is surely one of the Best Value For Money dog training books around for years and deserves my Highest Recommendation.

Currently, there is also a one time special upgrade option for dog owners who love to see videos rather than read. This upgrade also comes with SitStayFetch Pro Software to help record all the information you need to know and remember about your dogs. I have gone through the videos and software. I personally find the price of $22.95 a little high. If you are on a budget, you can skip that upgrade option because the main content and flesh is really in the eBook itself.
